Methods of Ordering and Paying  

We offer several ways to order and various facilities for payment. These include both on-line and manual options and if you prefer a combination of each. This is designed to ensure that you feel comfortable with your preferred ordering and payment method. Our on-line payment facility uses the nationally recognised Protx secure site to ensure complete confidence and peace of mind.

On-Line Ordering

On-line Sample Ordering

  • If you choose to order your samples and pay on-line, please click on ‘Sample Request’ in the options below, or wherever you see an ‘Order Sample’ button. Enter your details and submit this to us on-line. We will then send you the samples requested with a mini brochure, Stationery Order Form, Order Form Guide and corresponding price lists.

  • If you choose to order your samples on-line and pay by another method, please click on ‘Sample Request’ in the options below, or wherever you see an ‘Order Sample’ button. Enter your details, choose your preferred payment option, print out the ‘Confirmation of Order’ and either post with your payment or fax and telephone your card details. We will then send you the samples requested with a mini brochure, Stationery Order Form, Order Form Guide and corresponding price lists.

On-line Stationery Ordering

Post, Fax & Telephone Ordering

Post or (Fax & Telephone) Sample Ordering

  • If you prefer to order your samples by post, fax or telephone and pay by post or telephone please click on ‘Sample Request’ in the options below. Print out the pdf ‘Sample & Price List Order Form’ (click here to download the form), fill in your details, choose your samples and either enclose your payment and post, or fax your order and telephone your card details. We will then send you the samples requested with a mini brochure, Stationery Order Form, Order Form Guide and corresponding price lists.

Telephone Sample Ordering

  • If you prefer to order your samples and pay by telephone please ensure you are aware of which samples you require and have your card details at hand. We will then send you the samples requested with a mini brochure, Stationery Order Form, Order Form Guide and corresponding price lists.  

Post or (Fax & Telephone) Stationery Ordering

  • If you prefer to order your stationery by post or fax and pay by post or telephone you will need to have an ‘Order Form’, ‘Order Form Guide’ and ‘Price List’ of the design being ordered, you can download the Order Form by clicking here, and the Order From Guide by clicking here. These forms are supplied as part of the package when you order a sample but if you require the forms without going through the sample route please telephone.

  • Alternatively, you can print a copy of the ‘Order Form’ and the ‘Order Form Guide’ on-line and view the prices when selecting your design style. Carefully follow the instructions within the Order Form Guide, fill in your details, choose your stationery, decide on delivery and select your preferred payment option.

  • We will confirm your order and payment by e-mail or post. Payments by cheque will be confirmed after being cleared.

Online Ordering Process

Once you have chosen your design:

1.      On the first page of your chosen design which contains the main and mini photographs with 
         the design description, click on the ‘ View Full Range ’ button.

2.      Click on the first item that you wish to order. This will take you to a full description, prices  
   and an option to order a sample of your chosen Day Invitations. By clicking on 'related 
   items’ the description will change to other printing and finishing options and the prices will  
   change accordingly.

3.      Choose the option that you wish to purchase and enter the number required (a minimum 
   order cost of 25 is applied to all main items or any personalised items).

4.      Then click ‘add to basket’ and this will start to create your order form.

5.      You are now given the option to ‘View Your Basket’ or ‘Continue Shopping’ If you ‘View Your 
   Basket’ you can then choose the ‘Checkout’ or ‘Continue Shopping’ options.

6.      Repeat this process for all the items that you wish to order.

7.      You can review your order at any time by clicking ‘view shopping basket’ in the top grey bar, 
   where you will see your order form, listing all your items ordered so far.

8.      All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%. and this will be separated out on your final invoice. 
   For orders outside the EU the VAT will be automatically deducted.

9.      When you have completed your order, press ‘view basket’ and again you will see your whole 
   order on one form.

10.    Choose and select your preferred payment option in the place provided.

11.   Choose and select the number of deliveries required based on when you will have all the 
  information for the wording. Various options are available e.g. 

  Single Delivery = One delivery containing all the items you ordered - this is only possible if 
  you have the information available to confirm your wording for all the items ordered allowing 
  four weeks for production after submitting your final wording.

  Two Deliveries = This could be Invitations and Reply Cards in one delivery, followed by a 
  second delivery of the Order of Service, Menu & Place Cards when all the details are known.

  Three Deliveries =  This could be as the two delivery option but with the Save The Date Cards 
  being the first delivery.

  Be sure you choose the best option for you but if changes occur, extra deliveries can be 
  purchased as a separate item.

  Orders are sent by UK Couriers, Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Couriers and a 
  receipt signature will be required.

12.    If you require the ‘Express Service’ option please select in the place provided. This 14 day 
        service is available at an extra cost of 10% of order value.

13.    If you are ordering from outside the UK , please indicate in the place provided.

14.    Once you have made your choices, click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the next stage. Here 
         you will see your total order costs with various elements itemised like delivery and VAT if 
         applicable.

15.    Enter your personal details and delivery address if different.

16.    Read and indicate that you accept our terms and conditions.

17.    Click on ‘Submit Order’ to proceed with your payment.

18.    If you are paying by cheque or postal order, you will now be able to print your order and post 
        it with your payment.

19.    We will confirm your order by post, once the cheque has been cleared, and forward you 
        copies of ‘wording’ examples to help you decide on your own personal words for
all the items 
        where there is a choice.

20.   If you have chosen to pay by card, you will be forwarded to our secure Protx site where you 
       will need to enter your payment card details. The site accepts:
MasterCard, Solo, Switch , UK  
       Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit / Delta and Visa Electron.

21.  Once the payment has been processed you will then receive a printable order/receipt by email 
       for your records.

22.  This e-mail will also invite you to look at the wording options for your chosen stationery. Click 
       on ‘Wording’ at the foot of the page. This will show you several
wording options for you to 
       study and choose from. You can then create your own wording and e-mail it back to us. You 
       can do this for all the items ordered which have
wording options.

23.  We will use your wording to create a ‘proof’ for you to check and approve. This will be by 
       e-mail or post. We will not proceed with your order until we receive your
signed copy.

24.  Make sure you check your wording thoroughly before sending it to us, as this is what we will 
       use for your order.

Delivery

  • Most orders should be completed within four to six weeks depending upon the time of year and after your choice of wording has been submitted and approved.

  • Express orders should be completed within two weeks, again after your choice of wording has been submitted and approved.

  • We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day so that if necessary you can arrange for someone to receive the package.

  • When stating your delivery address on the order form, you could consider using your neighbour’s or parents’ or perhaps your work address if this would be more convenient.

  • All UK packages will be sent on a next day service by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service.

  • The delivery time is between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and a signature will be required.

  • Overseas goods are sent by Royal Mail or an international courier service.

Delivery schedules are as follows :-

   

UK - next day

European Union - generally 2 - 3 days

European other - generally 3 - 6 days

U.S.A. - generally from 3 - 6 days

Others - generally from 5 - 8 days depending on location.
